The purpose of our clinical neurodynamics course is to teach evidence based evaluation and treatment of common and uncommon pathologies and neuropathic pain syndromes using neurodynamics, and neural mobilization. The Course will teach the anatomy and physiology of nerves and the nervous system, as well as the interpretation of Neural tension testing not only as an evaluation but for treatment as well. This course will teach evidence based practice, statistics, psychometrics and clinical decision making when and how to use neurodynamics. Additionally participants in our neurodynamics physical therapy courses will be taught the psychomotor skills to perform neurodynamics of the upper extremity, lower extremity and spine, as well as combining joint based manual therapy and neurodynamic principles together into treatment. Neurodynamic testing will be emphasized to assess the nervous system's mechanics and its relationship to pain syndromes. Lastly self neurodynamics will be taught so therapist can educate patients on how to integrate these into a HEP.  Treatment strategies aimed at reducing nervous system sensitivity will also be covered.
