COURSE DESCRIPTION
Description: The purpose of this course is to teach evidence-based practice in Dry needling of the upper extremity. This course will teach the clinical decision making used for various dry needling techniques, current statistics, analysis of outcomes from clinically relevant research, scope of practice, safety measures and screening required prior to providing this intervention. Additionally, students will be taught the psychomotor skills to perform dry needling of the upper extremity region. This course will be split equally into 10 hours of didactic and 10 hours of Lab. This course is one of four dry needling courses in our Dry Needling Series. A lab practical exam will be at the end of the weekend course, so individuals will demonstrate competency in all techniques and regions.

Snacks and Refreshments will be provided.
Approved for CEU's, 20 CEUS; 7.5 Lecture, 12.5 Lab. Which satisfies NJ Board Requirements.

Dr. Cruz and Dr. Feldman are true leaders in the profession and have the utmost passion for it, paving the way for younger clinicians. Both have made the leap to start their own private practices where they continually mentor DPT students, Sports and Orthopedic Residents and Fellows in Training.
Both lead by example having both gone through Orthopedic Residency Programs.
Brandon has also completed his Fellowship training in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy @ Regis University, while Kyle completed his at University Illinois of Chicago .
